The Onboarding Process

Discovery & Intake
We start with a discovery call and client intake form to understand your property (or properties), priorities, and any known issues.

Property Walkthrough
We schedule an on-site walkthrough to assess current conditions, flag urgent issues, and begin documenting key systems and service needs.

Build the Foundation
We create your property folder in our internal system, begin logging locations, assets, vendors, and preferences, and develop your seasonal service calendar.

Prioritize & Activate
We flag any deferred maintenance, gather estimates, and begin coordinating service. We also begin building manuals or enhancements if included.

Follow-Up & Fine Tuning
Your Preservationist stays on-site during scheduled work, handles vendor communication, and begins establishing routines. Your Account Manager oversees quality and helps you set long-term strategy.

Ongoing Management
Once onboarding is complete, we transition to ongoing support: recurring maintenance, vendor coordination, seasonal planning, and special projects — all tracked in your dashboard.
